GRACE MURPHY IS GOING TO AMERICA IN JUNE 2011, TARGET ACHIEVED !!
Grace's Mum writes:
"We have done it! We’ve achieved £40,000 for Grace to have her SDR Surgery. Grace will be having her surgery in June, rather than July as previously planned. This would not have been possible without the amazing support and encouragement we have received from everyone connected to QPR. We are sincerely overwhelmed and incredibly humbled at the inspiring response we have received from you all. You have helped us give my “little princess” the quality of life she deserves. Please do keep following her story; this is only the beginning for her and us. Her website will still be updated regularly, we have four new tabs, Chapter (1) a thank you to everyone who has helped us achieve her goal. Chapter (2) is where we will document her surgery and trip to America. Chapter (3) is her rehabilitation journey. Chapter (4) will be her successes and experiences in her new brighter future. My family and I could not be prouder to support this truly wonderful football club. “WE ARE QPR” IS THE ESSENCE OF THIS CLUB. LONG MAY IT CONTINUE! ends.

I also want to add my thanks to you all here on DOT.ORG who have donated and helped to raise Grace's profile in what has been a very fast moving campaign. The target was £40,000 in January 2011 and no one expected such a large sum of money could have been raised so quickly and that is real power to you all. It really is an amazing story and most definitely one we should all continue to follow as Grace is now on her way to a life changing future full of promise and hope. Well done everyone and thanks once again.

How did Grace's surgery go, does anyone know? I have looked through her website with interest but can only locate details up to 28th June 2011.
