What I was actually doing was trying to separate the act from the actor. You know, the fact that not everything done by a good person is inherently good. Or, to use the old punchline "yet I just shagged one sheep ..." I doubt you are anti-Semitic. But a lot of your mutterings are. I don't think that by nature I am a patronising person, but I accept that this paragraph is patronising. |

What I was doing was reflecting on what's been said. I stand by what I said though, some of your comments (no, I'm not going to trawl through to find them) have come across to me as anti-Jewish, rather than anti-Israeli. As I've tried to explain, I might have called you anti-Semitic in the heat of the moment but I don't really believe that you are.
Yes, I did 'back-track' a bit. Because I felt I'd gone a bit OTT. A lot of people do that during and after arguments. Do you stand by every drunken slur you've delivered?
And what's wrong with calling someone 'sunshine'? Especially in the context of Tina's crusade?

I wish someone would call me sunshine, because I'm usually such a miserable, cantankerous sod. A word to the wise, like; I don't like being called mate, or matey. Now that's fighin' talk, say that to me and you can dehorse and finish ya milk. I've never had a mate and I don't want one now. Thanks.
