At the risk

Post by BiscuitRanger » Wed Oct 12, 2011 6:18 pm

of sounding Daily Mail, but isn't the latest news that HIV victims can have an increased life expectancy of +15 years a bit counter productive? Viruses are here to kill us off. If we find ways around it aren't we opening the door for a full scale epidemic?
Keep an open mind, but not so open that your brain falls out.

If you're going to leave out the humanity in your statement. Viruses are here for the same reason we are, to reproduce. Increasing the life expectancy of the sick would simply be a win-win situation for both biological life forms.

I know people who are only here to watch reality TV.

And that's not exactly the same for all of us.

Probably.
