How do I add a picture to a forum?

Brief summary; copy the URL from the site of the picture you want and then add [IMG] at the front of the pasted link in your message and [\IMG]
This is basically HTML code for insert an image and end insert an image.

Uniform Resource Locator. Basically the text (address) you see in the strip across the top of any page you are viewing. i.e. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/
