So if you don't like Joey Barton then it follows you don't like football or go to games? How old are you? 6? Rolling Eyes

Read all the threads about him on here and get a clue.

So you consider Barton to be our best midfield player? And just what do you think he does that warrants such high praise?

Do you mean the threads attacking when he tweets or the threads attacking him when he doesn't tweet?
Surprised

Surprised

The threads about what he contributes to the team on matchdays.
That seems to be the smoke and mirrors tactic when trying to deflect the criticism or pointing out his shortcomings as a footballer, have a go about his tweeting. I don't have a Twatter account, I don't read the tweets, other than what gets reposted here, I am mnore concerend that he isn't the footballer he would have us believe irrespective of the salary he is being paid.
Comparing him to Derry or Buzsaky is doing him a far greater disservice than those you call out as Barton haters. Of course he is better than them over the course of the season, he isn't a complete numpty at football, just not as good as we were expecting or hoping for. Once Faurlin is fit and if Diakité is as good as he appeared in the ACON then I would expect Barton not to be the first choice in CM. The only caveat to that will be how he, and the rest of the team, perform after the time spent in Portugal. Who knows, he may come back as RM instead of SWP and play better for it, let's wait and see.
My intense dislike of Barton is as a human being; I can't wait to see the back of him.

Isn't that now the age at which the majority of kids are completely potty trained?

If you are judging on literacy and sense I'd say at least seventeen think

I was basing my assumptions on the puerile debating skill of "if you disagree you don't know what you're talking about" It's barely a step above "I'm right and if you don't agree you are a big poopy plip plop"

and I'm the 6 year old ? since when was football played by stats.. as i've said before and i'll say it again, bartons on 60 k a week +... you don't earn that wage from being shite at football.. buszakys only had 20 caps for hungary.. derrys a gritty championship player that battles his backside off but other than that is very very average. barton however.. breaks up play, has guts, determination, passion, a decent strike, good vision sometimes a bit too ambitious, but the anti barton wagon has this stat bulshite that he gives away the ball.. my tip for all of the barton haters.. but your money in your pocket and go cheer your team on, I'm pretty sure most qpr fans who go too games would agree with my opinion not yours, which aint a suprise as its a bit like listening to andy gray.. dull, pathetic and boring. so call me a 6 year old.. im 21 in march if it makes you happy essox..

i'm with glover your arguements hold no substance and as he's our captain you should have more respect. You're like one of my ex's you just winge on yap yap yap with no basis to your insescent moaning. Leave our captain alone there's plenty of people i'd take a golf club to or a cigar to! Very Happy

lol DSH, I'm not defending what hes done in his past, f*ck me we all make mistakes, but what I can't have is people judging him as a footballer because of his past, aint how it works..

If we stay up this year then my team for next year would be..

New gk

onuhua samba ferdinand taiwo(if he keeps improving)

barton faurlin diakite (if hes as good as he looked in ACON)

taraabt

bobby z cisse

thats hardly the basis of judging someones footballing ability. I mean liking the smiths doesn't make you play like Ryan flipping Giggs

You have obviously never read, or understood anyway, any of my posts regarding Joeys football skills. As a QPR player I judge him on what he does on the field and your assessment of him above is some way short of the truth. His passing over 5 metres is excessively wasteful. He doesn't break up play that well. His set pieces leave a lot to be desired. What he does do well, IMO, is make himself available for quick interchanges to allow others to get forward. He harries well but not as effectively as Ali used to and he doesn't win as many headers as he ought to.
Mistakes in your youth are things like getting a girl pregnant by accident, puking up in your parents house because you got too pissed. Using a team mates eye as an ashtray, especially a youth team player is the mark of a cůntish bully.
