We are about to enter March not May.
O.K. in true QPR fashion, we (along with lady luck) are making life very difficult for ourselves. We still have 12 games to go, some games where we might actually be able to put out our strongest 11 and maybe even keep them all on the pitch for 90 minutes!
Let's face it the the Premier League is a pretty sterile place unless you are either one of the 'big boys' or involved in a relegation battle. So, unlike the 'also rans', at least we have some 'excitement' with which to look forward . 
These circumstances demand that the players receive the most vocal of backing.
There is a fair chance we will survive. Glass half full.
Now I feel better.
UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR's!

we've won just six points out of the last 14 matches (only one of those was a win) and won just six points all season at home. We look certainties for relegation and if you can't get a single point out of Norwich, Wolves and Fulham at home it's time to start waving the white flag.
Personally I think we'd have taken more points from the last 6 games with Warnock in charge |

Playing for an hour with 10 men in each fixture might just have had some bearing on the matter. IMHO up until those sending offs, we were looking good for victories over Norwich & Wolves and Fulham's away record speaks for itself. The blue & white flag is still the only flag to be waved between now & end of play on 13th May.

Another crushing defeat, most definitely. But as Dave B said, just six points gained from the last 14 matches and we're STILL not in the relegation places.
Looking for crumbs of comfort, but I get the feeling there are three teams worse than us in this mini league of five. The magic 38 points might not be needed. I think 33/34 could be enough.
Having said that, still not sure where four wins and a couple of draws might come from. I think we're going to bloody the nose of not one, but two of the big boys.
I still believe we're going to survive. Somehow. |

Change the captain - Barton is not a leader.
He is hardly a Glenn Roeder, Terry Fenwick, Gerry Francis, Alan McDonald, Tony Currie to name a few captains that I respected and I believe knew the importance of leading the hoops. |

Ray Wilkins. Mike Keen. After saturdays display I think Gus Ceasar would have made a better captain.

games are played over 90 minutes though, we've had good spells in every game this season but find a way to keep losing either with poor defending, poor finishing or idiots getting themselves sent off, I don;t really see that changing |

We would be certainties if there were no other teams in the battle. It does make me laugh the number of depressive people that come out. We still need to be positive, we aren't even in the relegation zone. |

I am sure I read several posts at the start of the season, where finishing 17th would be acceptable?
Are we not currently 17th?
Anyone who may of been away for a week or 2, coming back & reading this mb, would think we were already mathematically relegated

We weren't in the relegation zone when Warnock was sacked either, but it didn't stop the received wisdom being that we were guaranteed to down if he stayed. And that was before 6 games where most believed we had a decent chance of getting points on the board.

Everyone is the wisest person when blessed with hindsight. You need to take gambles in life otherwise you never get anywhere. Our board are all successful in their own right and made the decision to go down the route they did. If it fails then that is unfortunate, but it is not stating that thins would have been any different if Warnock had stayed. |
