lots of people are taking out payday loans and then knocking them.
court cases are never won because the authorities take a dim view of the exorbitant rates of interest charged by these sharks.
serves em right.

Aha, you've spotted the myth because, of course, most people don't get hit by buses or even die very young but live plenty long enough to have to pay back many, many times what they borrowed.
The even cleverer part is getting people to spend what they borrow on fluff. Choccy bar stuff that is gone in no time leaving only a craving for more of the same.
But beware being too concious of saving because the poiticians don't like it so now, for example, if you have avoided debt (and even saved) but get old the government will take away you rsavings to pay for your care.
It's a harsh World, even in the hedonistic south west. |
The poor live on average between 15-17 years less than the wealthy in England, so dying with unpaid credit cards is a perfectly rational aim. Also, when the NHS is given away to private firms to run, those credit cards will be put to use like never before. Its almost like it was planned. |

But there's still a judgement against them which would knacker any chance of future loans unless from sharks (and the interest would be even higher and there would be no knocking).
The government deserves to be hauled into court for actively encouraging gangsterism (outside of the usual City stuff). |
