I'm not reading through all that, but ironically enough we had a man come into the office talking about this the other day.

He had a situation arise over the paying of his National Insurance. Someone visited him regarding it and he hit them with a lot of things contained in that link - they never returned again and he's still not paying.

Funny, eh?

I have read that web site before and if you check out what is mentioned there is some merit to it. If you look up common law vs what we are TOLD is law there is a huge difference.

Common law is a very basic set of laws.

We get told things like it is LAW to pay certain things like TV license, road tax, etc, etc. When in fact they are statutes passed by the government and passed off as laws.

It is a lot of hard work to implement what is described in the linked web site and you need to do a lot more reading.

For instance, many people get out of paying there water bills due to the addition of fluoride in our water. Fluoride is neither classed as a having any health benefits or classified as a poison, which makes adding it to water actually illegal, so many people say they wont pay there water bill until they get it removed. Yet it is illegal for the water companies to shut of water supply as it is classed as an essential commodity in this country. It may sound bizarre, I guess its just all classed as loop holes in the law, sorry statutes. lol.
