Every week i change my mind over who i prefer as our 'defensive' midfielder as i feel that we only need one in the team at a time, especially when playing at home.
Who would you choose given the choice?
Personally, i feel Mikele has all the physical attributes to be a great player but lacks the mental strength of Mahon who reads the game extremely well, yet is let down by not being as athletic as Leigertwood. Tommasi would be an interesting option when fit. _________________

Gavin Mahon at home I feel
Mikele Leigertwood away from home
Tomassi is the best player by a country mile but not sure if he still has it but he was a guy I loved growing up as a Italian... I watched him regular for Roma... He was different class to all our midfield |
