plus c'est la même chose"?
Which sacked Rangers manager said: "I was treated as though I had pinched the petty cash." while his wife told him "You climbed the mountain and found rubbish at the top."?
And who, with the team 2-0 down at half time was abused by a club official as he walked back down the tunnel for the half-time team talk and thought- "I don't sodding need this", and walked out of the ground and went to the cinema?
When he got back after the end of the game he discovered the team had turned it around to win 3-2........ and the same official was now singing his praises.” |

Dame Janet was never a lover of popular cinema. Something about an early-years experience with a tub of vanilla and some Poppettes put her right off. |

That adds weight to it being the Dame then. Walked out at half time, went to the cinema but was back just after the end of the game. That's hardly sitting through Gone with the wind, is it? It's more of an "Ooh, I've been and gone and forgot that I hate cinema due to a youthful indiscretion with a King Cone and some chocolate covered raisins, me". Or it's a quick Fred Quimby at the Victoria cartoon cinema. It's Janet. _________________ I'm Ray Gardner. I drink Blackcurrant Tango. Come and get me! |

| Alec Stock it was----and not during some of the duller times in the early sixties but after he had taken Rangers to a win at Wembley and the top division. |
