You extend to SSB to opportunity to meet the clique. Yet I won't be there, so he will be cheated. _________________ I'm Ray Gardner. I drink Blackcurrant Tango. Come and get me! |

There is no other way of asking this, but....
What the f*ck are you on about??!
And even if I knew the answer to that.... Why would I want to do that? When I just really want to go to a QPR game with my son, and then go home.
"Man up fella"??
I know you're genuinely upset about this internet messageboard, and stuff(?) related to it... But you're losing the plot, rapidly! _________________

not losing the plot, just thought it would give you an opportunity to explain your snidey comments to rblock's face rather than slag him off behind his back as you did in the Players Lounge?
if you still believe what you wrote then you can 'man up' meaning to have the courage of your convictions and be as honest to someone's face as you are in secret...
you've been severely embarrassed today - just thought you'd appreciate a chance to set the record straight _________________ 'I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day' - Frank Sinatra |

Not embarrased, certainly not "severely"! I suppose it depends how seriously these posts are taken?! And how bothered different people are.
If it's the post I'm thinking of?
Yes, I do think that behaviour on here at that time was pathetic, and RBlock and Herts "acted like a pair of tits" over what is basically just a fans messageboard. There was no humour shown, just daft self indulgent quotes about "Stalins Russia", and Nazis etc...
That's how I saw it at the time. Still stand by that. A load of old web-nonsense.
I am embarrassed in a way though... I find threads like this embarrassing to read, and even more embarrassing to be a part of, to be honest.
You're probably right that I should have posted that where everyone could read it, or not post it at all.... that would have been better.
My mistake there. It does look "snidey". Players Lounge = Bad Idea.
But the problem with posting it on the main forum is, you end up in the middle of a 10 page cyber-row, arguing about something that only mildly bothered you on Page One.
Never mind page 10.
Am I sorry if RBlock is still offended? Yes.
Did I mean every word at the time? Yes.
Popping in The Weld to talk about this webcrap? No.
I don't connect "real life" with this message board stuff. I find it odd.
I'm amazed that these boards, and the politics of them clearly matter to a few people, a lot. _________________

LOL!
Fantastic entertainment across ALL boards tonight.
The secret, secret society and WHO is in it on Dotorg.
The intrigue of who said what about whom within that society.
LFW on a major paddy about who has been a QPR supporter the longest.
(The winner so far saw all George Goddards goals)
And now the snitches running around lighting blue-touch paper in each forum.
I love the internet. But my life is ebbing away somewhat. |

Hmm can I bother to disagree?
Nah.
Why should I give a stuff about what happens on LFW (or WATRBs or wherever). And why care about people who flit from board to board seeking attention and approval.
Oh --- that would include you.
Oh well, do me a favour, nip over and check the spelling and grammar on that quote for me. No rush to get back with the info though |
