...don't need too much technology...sensor on the posts/bar and inside the ball...
Just do as rugby does....allow the 4th official to watch the TV images and the replays....and get a better decision in case ....
Give him something to do instead of raising only that board.... |

| I watched the rugby today,and the referee was even more biased than the average football ref.He showed an England player a yellow card after allowing the French player to commit the same offence and get away scot free. |

Does having efficient officials count as techology.
Despite having the same TV pressure. slo-mo replays and teams of pundits analysing everything, RU and RL officials seem to make far fewer mistakes than their football equivalents. |

I wonder if the technology will be given as much abuse as the refs are when the players don't like the decisions. I can see JT having a few run-ins with the goal-line cameras
