You can see that Fuller's bought Gales a few years ago.

As for the ruling, is it a good thing or a bad thing? Suddenly, all Premier League games will be available to everyone live on a Saturday. I fear it might start with people choosing to watch a Premier League game in the pub rather than going to support they're local League One or Two side. And that could just carry on and on until you have just the top few 'franchises' left.
