Don’t do it! Save yourself the hassle & just read all the boards. It’ll be all the same idiots anyway & they’ll all be moaning about the same stuff. I guarantee you’ll get next to nothing of any substance.
Most of it will revolve around Barton anyway - he’s sh**, take away the captaincy, drop him, stop him tweeting, stop him going to concerts, stop him quoting Nietzsche blah blah blah.
If you’re going to do it then you only need one response to every whiny comment – “why not come down & get behind the team & see how far we can all go together”.

Anyone mouths off and whack, they pay the price.
It's the only effective way to deal with people who believe their criticism could ever be constructive. |

Well, I'll be in the Shepherd and Flock from early doors. If he appears in there, I'll buy him a pint, thank him and tell him he hasn't really done much wrong in my opinion.
Yes, things could be going a lot better but I can't really see that any of this is his fault.
I think it speaks volumes about the man that he wants to do this rather than duck the bullets now things are a bit awkward. Remember how Flav reacted when he got some stick? He certainly didn't offer any of us a chat and a beer!

Totally agree with W12Allstars, it's refreshing that we now have an owner that doesn't just talk the talk. He has put money where his mouth is, he's done nothing to warrant any criticism or complaints for me.
I cringe every time I see a "fan" insulting him via Twitter, he deserves far better than that so I hope he gets the credit he deserves this weekend.

Fair play to him for this but I personally think he'd be better off arranging a fans forum where people can put sensible questions to him and stream it on the web site. |

I wonder if he would consider this?
I could even request a Q&A from him, take questions from the MB's and write up a detailed account of his answers...
